SHIPPING
Once complete all orders are dispatched via Royal Mail for delivery within 2/5 days from item completion. please note thia is not included in thw 21 working day turnaround.
INTERNATIONAL PARCELS
All non UK parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Standard international post. this service can take between 7 to 31 working days. this is exclusive of weekends and holidays.
We will accept no responsibility for lost/undelivered items to international addresses, a proof of postage can and will be offered for all parcels posted.
We will not be held responsible for any duty charges/ restrictions that any country may have in place.
LOST PARCELS
if you consider your item to be ‘lost’ please contact me within 14 working days of the expected delivery date.
Orders lost after this time will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
Royal Mail require a period of 14 working days to pass before a parcel is considered ‘lost’ if your item has still not arrived after this time your order will be replaced. Absolutely no refunds will be made for lost parcels.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address is provided and the order is not delivered
